Views of home at
front & back |
 |
| With many acres of
greenery and fields to view and delight in, a doting family, others
dogs in similar straits to be buddies with, food and shelter and
care, we hope Kona will continue to improve. |

Kona's
picked her spot in the lower "kennel", looking thru the
fence at the alpaca field |
 |
| The lower
"kennel" is a nearly an acre, gently sloping field
side-by-side to the field where the alpacas live. They are
guarded by an Anatolian. The lower field contains a spring
which provides constant fresh water and cozy A-frame dog
houses. Grass and sun on one side, shade on the other and and
a few old friends. |
 |
Travel
up the path through the backyard to the upper kennel. |
 |
| The upper kennel is tree
shaded with sunny center spots. Kennels are
covered. Lucky the hairless malamute (Cushings disease)
was king of the kennel this day. |
 |
|
 |
| Why aren't there more
pictures of Kona? Because she went to sleep in one of the cozy
A-frame dog houses in the lower field and we didn't want to disturb
her. We'll have more in the future. |

HI EVERYONE…….Kona is a Happy Happy girl.
She has gained 10 lbs and not one sore is on her body. She is
on really good food, lots of baths, brushings and tons of love and
kisses. She liked to be in and out. She has her own
bedroom in a cozy cove next to the carport. She likes to sleep out
because she gets so hot with her beautiful full coat. The
picture of her on her back shows how she has no sores, just healthy
pink skin. I want to thank all of you that took care of her
when she was so sick. Thank you to the person that first found
Kona and saw the life in her eyes. Thank you for Kona. Her
New Mom |
