Trooper

Trooper spent much of his puppyhood lost in Roslyn.  He was a trooper – remaining a sweet, happy puppy but a little wary.  Once given a chance at Doggie HomeLife – with other dogs, cats, dog doors, a safe place to eat and someone to pet him, he immediately turned into such a cuddler we almost changed his name!

He is very playful – he is definitely all puppy.  He’s learned many manners from his companion foster dogs – but he really needs his own home to learn what it’s like to be part of a family.  He will be a wonderful activity or family dog – with a coat ready-made for snow but not too heavy for summer play.

Trooper is also stunning.  His sable/tan undercoat ripples through his black guard hairs when he moves; and he moves beautifully!

Trooper is well under a year old - possibly only 8 months or so.  His forever home will be a family or individual who wants a dog as part of the family, with plenty of inside time and attention and a nice fenced yard.
