Nola is a
very young, highly intelligent, eager to please malamute
with maybe a little extra. Malamutes sometimes have
tipped ears but.... Nola fetches, loves water, learns new
commands sooo quickly and actually follows orders
once she learns them, so maybe retriever?
She has the
beautiful markings of a malamute and a lustrous, velvety,
plush dark sable coat. With her undercoat, she'll be
a great snowdog but she's also "short-coated" so
is easy to care for.
And easy to
love! Nola has been a wonderful family dog; raised
with children. But she would also make a great
first or second canine companion to either a family,
couple or single. She's not hyper but is strong and
agile. She's coexisting happily with a pack of
malamutes, does well in the house and doesn't eat the
dog-savvy cat who rules our home. She's submissive and wants to know how
to please everyone.
If you're
looking for the best of both worlds - a dog who can handle
the snow for example and will still catch a frisbee &
maybe even retrieve from the lake, Nola might be the
one! If you're more sedate & just want a dog to
play with the kids and maybe snuggle up in the living
room, nothing would make her happier!
Nola is
vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Ready for her
